My business litigation practice encompasses a variety of areas, from contractual and corporate disputes to real estate, entertainment and bankruptcy litigation.

- representing a restaurant owner in a dispute with an investor, and a claim against a contractor

- defending a class action by vineyard employees for various wage and hour claims

- representing a telephone equipment manufacturer against a number of suppliers

- assisting a commercial tenant in negotiating a surrender of a lease

- representing a software manufacturer in claims for breach of contract and copyright infringement

- defending officers of a close corporation against various claims by a minority shareholder

- counseling laid off employees and pursuing claims for wrongful termination and discrimination

- representing the owner of an apartment building in a nuisance abatement action by the city

- defending the former owner of a business in bankruptcy against preference and fraudulent conveyance claims

- vacating a California judgment improperly obtained against a foreign national
